MEET THE TEAM
TINA GLASS
Hi, I’m Tina Glass, founder and lead trainer at Results Studio LR.
My fitness journey began at 19 when I walked into a gym feeling uncomfortable in my body, overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Like many of my clients, I tried quick fixes and diets that didn’t last. What truly changed my life was committing to strength training, proper nutrition and consistency. That transformation didn’t just reshape my body — it gave me confidence, discipline and a clear sense of purpose.

In 2010, I opened Results Studio LR in Little Rock, Arkansas to create a space where people could experience real, sustainable results without intimidation or gimmicks.

I began my career in personal training in 2001 and have now spent over 25 years in the health and fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, bodybuilding athlete, nutritionist and author. Earning my college degree early in my journey taught me the value of lifelong learning, which is why I continue to invest in my education through advanced certifications from professional organizations, including the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
That commitment to growth eventually led me into competitive bodybuilding, where I competed in numerous events across the United States. In 2012, I made history as the first African American Arkansas state bodybuilding champion in the Figure division — a milestone I’m incredibly proud of. Competing at a high level sharpened my discipline, resilience and respect for structured, intentional training. Those same principles now guide how I coach my clients, helping them lose weight, build strength, transform their bodies and gain confidence from the inside out.
At Results Studio LR, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Every client receives personalized training and nutrition coaching designed around their goals, lifestyle and experience level. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after time away or pushing toward a new level of performance, my mission is to help you feel strong, supported and empowered every step of the way.
If you’re looking for a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in Little Rock who focuses on results, accountability and long-term success, I’d love to help you get started!
BRITTANY LENFORD
My fitness journey started when I moved to a new city and began training as a way to meet people and build community. Working with a trainer not only changed my body, but also ignited my passion for helping others experience that same confidence and strength.
I’m NASM-certified and have worked with the Army National Guard for the past five years, where I developed a strong foundation in strength-based training. I specialize in helping clients build strength safely and intentionally so they feel empowered both inside and outside the gym.

ROMAN FISCHER
My fitness journey began after watching my younger brother lift weights, which inspired me to start training myself. After the passing of my grandfather, and most recently my father, my commitment to fitness only grew stronger. Training became more than physical, it became a foundation for discipline, resilience, and purpose.
I’ve helped over 50 people transform their physical and mental health. My mission is to help others become a stronger, healthier version of themselves: from mind to body. No matter your goal with building muscle and strength, burning fat, body recomposition, or improving mobility and flexibility, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

KARYNA JOHNSON
I’m Karyna Johnson, an ACE-certified personal trainer and music educator who specializes in joint-friendly, adaptive fitness for women 40+ and individuals with special needs.
In 2023, I met Tina Glass, and working with her changed my life. She brought me back to physical fitness in preparation for hip surgery. I've been working with her since then, and it was at her encouragement that I became a licensed physical trainer.
I believe movement should feel safe, empowering, and accessible, no matter your age, ability, or starting point. I proudly work with clients with arthritis, EDS, autism, and Down Syndrome . As a teacher and personal trainer, I understand how people learn differently, and I design workouts that feel supportive, not overwhelming. Fitness should meet you where you are.
